All our international shipments are sent by regular post.
The rates are stated by the regular post (Spanish Postal Agency) depending on the weight of the order as long as it does not exceed 20 kilos. (In case of large international orders, please contact us first.) Fees can be seen HERE
If you wish you can request shipment by DHL for this please contact us before completing your order .
Returns:
If the product you ordered does not match the one received, you can return it to us as long as the product has not been used, it is perfectly preserved in their original packaging, and it is within a maximum of seven days since the day you received it.
As soon as we receive the product back we will check the product status and conservation. If the return is correct, we will immediately refund the amount you have already paid for that product.
We do not allow product returns when the product received is correct; therefore we ask you order only what you really need. If you have any doubt on any product, we advise you to contact us before you order it to ensure the product meets your expectations.
