1. www.lineafarmacia.com is owned by David Sanjuán. Sending your request to us implies your agreement with the following general conditions of sale.
2. Orders
All orders will be provided through the online store within the portal www.lineafarmacia.com. Prices and content are valid except if there is typo error. In case of error in the product description, Lineafarmacia will endeavor to solve the problem. Only in cases in which you want to purchase a product that is not available on the web, you can send us an e-mail requesting information on the desired product. The sale is completed at the home of the company David Sanjuán
3. Delivery
3.1. Deliveries are made within 2 to 3 business days (Spanish orders) , although Lineafarmacia will try to make the delivery within 24 hours. International order will take 12-15 working days. The delivery schedule will be as stipulated by our logistics operators at the address provided by you. In the absence of the receiver, the carrier will leave a notice of arrival with a contact number. If case of the carrier going on strike www.lineafarmacia.com cannot take responsibility for the delivery date, but will keep the customer updated all the time.
3.2. Delivery times given are for guidance and www.lineafarmacia.com will try to commit to them. However, any delay on the delivery does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
3.3. The delivery is considered completed when the product becomes available to the Customer by the carrier and the receiver signs the delivery receipt. The receiver must verify the products received as well as raise any complaints that might arise.
3.4. If products do not comply with what was ordered or with the quantity ordered, the Customer must make its claim within two or three days after delivery by calling our phone or using our form for this purpose (Form Contact Site www.lineafarmacia.com).
3.5. Deliveries will be made with costs charged to the client, unless it is a circumstance that involves free shipping.
3.6. If customer provides incorrect delivery address or the customer is not available at the address provided, www.lineafarmacia.com is not liable for delays or damage in delivery and for the return of order because incorrect delivery address or failure of the carrier, the costs arising from this transaction will be charged to the customer without the possibility of a refund. If the merchandise is returned to Lineafarmacia, in that case we will refund the amount of the products, but we will not pay for the shipping costs.
3.7. In order to contact the customer and inform him of any matter of interest, you must provide a telephone number where you can be reached.
3.8. Prices and shipping cost. All Prices shown are in euros. VAT is included. Shipping charges will be reflected with the order confirmation. 3.9. Once the order has left Lineafarmacia warehouse, the delivery responsibility lies entirely on the carrier. Under no circumstances Lineafarmacia is not liable for loss of shipment while Lineafarmacia will do everything in their power to solve the problem with the shipment.
3.10. Once the order leaves our warehouse, Lineafarmacia is not responsible for the possible return of the order by Customs of different countries or reimbursement by the user if the receiver refuses the delivery or if the delivery address is incorrect. Lineafarmacia is committed 100% to track the order and try to solve the supply, but in no case will refund the freight charges of the order.
4. Retention of title - Risks
www.lineafarmacia.com expressly reserves ownership of the goods delivered until full payment of the purchase price has been done.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Orders paid by bank transfer wire or credit card will not involve any fee for Lineafarmacia customers. Bank Transfer only for Spanish orders.
5.2. Orders paid by reimbursement system will have a fixed charge of € 2.50 for orders which value is less than € 100.00 and a charge of 2.5% of the value of the order if its value exceeds € 100.00. This system is only available for Spanish orders.
5.3. Orders paid through PayPal system will have a fixed charge of € 3.40 for orders which value is less than € 100.00 and a charge of 3.4% if the order value exceeds € 100.00.
6. Appliances
Lineafarmacia is not responsible for any failure of the electronic equipment purchased from the web. All appliances are genuine and have been purchased directly from the supplier or the manufacturer. In case of malfunction Lineafarmacia will facilitate the receipt ticket so that the user could make the relevant claim.
7. Description of items
The product descriptions attempt to be as tight to the product shown, slight variations may occur between the description and the product shipped, but will be minimal and most probably due to improvements in the product. Promotional gifts may not come to be served because they are exhausted or promotion has changed or is finished. The price marked on the web will always be the product and promotion will be a gift or added to this product. Failure to get the promotional item, Lineafarmacia will not send a new or similar article as a gift.
8. Pictures of the items
The product images provided on the web are not binding and may be of greater antiquity than the item pictured or a general representation. Lineafarmacia always will deliver you the latest products received in the warehouse.
Whenever possible, Lineafarmacia will show the most recent image of the item.
